The interview process was relatively easy. None of the questions were unusual, but the time between responses was pretty prolonged. I was told I would hear back from them shortly, but had to follow up a few times (with multiple parties) in order to get a response. I reached out after a few months of not hearing anything (expecting the position to have been filled), and was offered to interview for another position. I went through a few rounds of interviews, including an in-person interview, where I spent a few hours interviewing with/meeting the entire team (who were absolutely delightful), and was told they really liked me and that I would hear back about the position soon, but then didn't receive any further communication (despite my reaching out to thank them for their time, and following up once or twice after that).
Overall, the team is really sweet and kind (at least, from my experience with them), but I think because their company is on the smaller side and is pretty busy, it seems like it's easier for the non-essential communications to fall through the cracks, so if structured communication systems/quick response times are something you prioritize, this might not be the organization for you.
