The process begins with a practical assessment where they give you a demo of their order management system, then provide you an order to walk through. You're free to ask clarifying questions. Then you move into a group interview with managers across multiple regions who all ask fairly straightforward interview questions. They do let you know that the company covers the entire USA and so the shift can be from 11 AM EST to 8 PM EST, however you don't actually get to know where until you place on a team after training.

Easy to follow, easy to schedule time and second portion allowed me to view the building and interview the company itself. Managers were friendly and provided lots of information on the role.
