Tech Data Customer Service Representative interview questions

HR for Techdata in Spain contacted me the day before the interview. During interview with HR manager, there was also Skype meeting with person in charge in Germany. A third person came much later. I was not informed about the process beforehand. I thought it would only be the HR person. at the end of interview, i was told they would reach a decision the same day. I did not get any feed back at the end of the day. On Monday i wrote to the HR person who invited me. By Wednesday, i still did not get any answer so i reached her via linkedIn. To summarize, i never, never, never had any replies. How more non professional can it be?

-saw them at career fair -they ask for interview -did a video interview, went in person 2 days later -was interviewed by 2 mangers -went in 2 weeks later -got response 2 days later
