two rounds of interview with second round just to cross check attitude and learning capability (Good communication and technical skills are MUST). Customer round may be there as it depends on the requirement. This is common among all companies

Technical questions based on the domain that the requirement is for. There can be a interview with customer as well.
Worst, interviewer is late and the round was rapid fire for 7 mins and disappeared from the call. Worst experience ever. Techm should focus on interview process to make candidate to feel they are in right place

Very bad it's a place you cannot work. Pay is difficult to get right. It's never what you worked it's always somehow less and they justify it by saying they will pay what they owe which is then taxed and you get less of the money you worked for

The process was great we have shortlisting followed by PI interview and then after we have functional interview which was great and I have learned through out the process. I have detailed domain knowledge and experience so it went well
