First there was form submitted by all eligible students. Then there was an online assessment consisting of aptitude, verbal ability, and essay writing.
Finally, all shortlisted candidates appeared for an interview and the next day selected students were announced.

interview was average not to easy not too tough, asked few questions regarding coding as well, first was telephonic interview with the HR and second was technical interview with the manager, overall was good

technical round, manager round with hr. No written test only logical presentation. very easy process. so you can go to the job no issue. it is easy.
no work pressure
written exam followed by interview with hr and it was moderate interview . But documnet submit process was very lengthy and making bond for 2 year was worse thing which kills some future.
