Overall the interview was pretty typical. The interview was conducted with three interviewers at one time. Right out of the gate, with the first question, was, "Tell me what you know about Pivot Tables." Having used Pivot Tables extensively at past employers, that problem wasn't a challenge. Word on the street is that this is a common question right out of the gate.
