I interviewed for the Associate Software Engineer role at Techila Global Services, and it was a positive experience overall.
The interview was conducted virtually and lasted about an hour.
The process began with a friendly phone screening by HR, followed by a technical interview that focused on the basics and fundamentals of programming. I was asked questions about JavaScript, MongoDB, SQL, PostgreSQL, Node.js, Express, and REST APIs, along with inquiries about my projects.
The interviewers were polite and created a comfortable atmosphere, which helped ease my nerves.
For future candidates, I recommend focusing on mastering one programming language, practicing hands-on skills, and gaining a solid understanding of databases. Building projects and contributing to open-source initiatives can also be beneficial for professional growth.
I left feeling optimistic about the opportunity and impressed by the company culture.
