I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Technomics (Arlington, VA) in May 2023
Interview
The interview process was interesting. I had 2 initial interviews with the HR Manager, then I came in to the office for a full day of interviews (3 separate peer level interviews, 1 with the CEO, 1 with the VP, and lastly another more casual conversation about benefits with the HR Manager)

Do you prefer PowerBI or Tableau? Why do you want to work at an employee owned company?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Technomics (Arlington, VA) in Apr 2025
Interview
There was 1 technical call and 4 rounds of interview on-site. The on-site interviews were mostly behavioral with maybe some technical questions intertwined in the process. Two of those rounds was with HR and the CEO. The CEO's demeanor can be a bit intimidating, but he is just making sure you're the right candidate for their work culture.
My HR recruiter was very helpful and transparent throughout the process and gave good background on interview structure and what to expect which was helpful. HR was also very responsive which is a plus!
I felt their salary was also reasonable.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Technomics (Ottawa, ON) in Aug 2023
Interview
6 separate interviews and no offer. Unfortunately after so many interviews, time invested, and meetings with different employees, I couldn’t help but foresee a future with the company or at least an offer. It all came to an end with a simple rejection email.
