It was brilliant, I couldn't fault the process at all. Probably one of, if not the best interview(s) I have had In the first interview, Alice was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Thanks to her advice/help I went into the second interview with lots of confidence. I left the first interview feeling like Alice was on my side and wanted me to do well. The second interview was so relaxed, I remember more about the general conversations we had rather than any of the actual questions being asked.
