30 minute call with recruiter to gauge interest and relevance followed by a take-home coding test. I passed all test cases according to the results after taking it. Did not hear a single update afterwards until I was informed 3.5 weeks later they've decided to move on to another candidate.

Interview process was straightforward. Recruiter call, chat with EM/PM, technical assignment that felt pretty realistic, final round, which included a chat with the Director of Engineering, Tony, who was specially nice.
