Applied online, was called to have an interview at the home office. Was then contacted to have an interview at the school I'd be working at. The next day was called and offered the job.

Question 1
What would you say to a parent who told you that they felt that their child didn't have enough structure during the day. That all they did was "play?"
Also various questions on how to handle behavior challenges and a 20 minute observation time in the classroom that you're interviewing to teach in.
