Interview
Three stage interview. First is usually written plus an interview, second is interview plus prepared presentation and third used to be drinks or a social gathering to see if you’re the right cultural fit.
After the interview process they offered me a position paying £26k less than my current salary. I found this unprofessional and more importantly a waste of time for both parties

Offer informal conversations with team first to allow questions both side. The people I met with were open and generous with their time. There was a bit of a lag in hearing about next steps and had to follow up a bit.

Interview
A screening interview followed by a sit down interview with two senior leaders at Teneo. I was introduced to the company through a recruitment agent, underwent screening and then had the interview. I am not aware of any assessment as part of the interview process.
