The interview process was simple and efficient. After reviewing my application, they invited me for a phone interview with the director of the team. A final decision was made shortly after, with prompt communication.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Terarecon (Fremont, CA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Initially reached out by a recruiter and had a 30 min technical phone interview with the hiring manager. Was assigned an 8 hour long take home assignment, and after this was submitted, was told that the position was no longer open although they gave me good feedback. Two weeks later, the recruiter contacted me again telling me that the position was being reopened and that I was likely going to be made an offer. After a week, I tried contacting him again, only to be ghosted.
Complete disrespect and waste of my time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR 8 HOURS ON THEIR ASSIGNMENT!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Terarecon (New Delhi) in Apr 2020
Interview
The interview process started really well, HR from its parent company in Bangalore did quite good job in coordinating the interviews. Since the interviews were mostly happening from different timezone it was challanging to arrange. Had 6 rounds and all cleared even the HR round here. Submitted the documents for releasing offer letter and waited for some days. No reply, and then the game started that waiting for response and blah blah ... And then later they said Terarecon has paused on starting the operation in Bangalore. This was during 2020, April, May, so I assumed due to pandemic there might be doubts about it and moved ahead. After seeing few employees starting the career here in the same time frame doesn't say the same truth. Later felt pity for the HR whom I bugged a lot to get updates as she always looked positive about it.
Just a advice to the team, Speak up if you are not able to select someone and say you are not able to pay someone. Define your Salary Bracket. But kindly do not waste time of everyone.
It was pathetic experience during pandemic to have.
