Interview
The interview process was routine at first, but went well beyond the normal store manager interview. Total of 5 interviews spanning two weeks. Normal interviews with HR, Regional/District Manger, then the process changed a bit from the normal as the Director of Sales and VP of sales both finished off the interview process. Be warned VP of sales is incredibly tough, and not friendly during interview. Poor control of facial expressions, rolled eyes at responses, and cut me short several times when he didnt hear the exact thing he was asking for.

How was your experience in the Tesla Store? Make sure you visit right before your interviews since there are many specific questions regarding the store, that i was unprepared for.

Bref, c'était très long avec beaucoup de temps mort entre 2 entretiens.

Einer der Beteiligten Kam eine Halbe Stunde zu spät und der Personaler schlief während des Interviews am Tisch ein.
Sehr unmotiviert und unbeteiligt. Der Nicht-Personaler hatte Probleme meinen Fragen zum Schluss zu folgen.
Haben mir den Job nicht verkauft sondern von den schlimmen Stunden erzählt: Von Montag bis Samstag bis ca. 22 Uhr! (alles klar)

Ich: Ja.
Anwort: das ist eine sehr kurze Antwort. Geht das auch ausführlicher?
(ich dachte nur: Hä? was ist hier konkret die Frage?)
Zum Schuss stellte ich diverse Frage zum Team.

Had to spend a day in head office watching presentation from Tesla team, also had to prepare my own presentation and present to 2 people from head office, which I passed then spent a full day in a store with no communication on how long I was expected to work or breaks after 8hrs I left as I was already working full time else where. No one in the team looked happy very sad place to work. And no team work
