they asked you to describe your experience. and asked some question related to industrial engineering. like TAKT time and cycle time, and the application in industry. they also ask you if you are facing multiple task due soon, how you arrange your time.

2 interviews + assessment test. 4 people met, and many technical questions were asked. The 2 interviews were held within a week and the assessment was due right before the 2nd interview.
