I met with a recruiter in their office coffee break room. It was an informal set of open-ended questions with no technical or position-specific content, instead focusing only on questions to gauge personality, demeanor, and maturity. It lasted about ten or fifteen minutes.

First round was a technical screening round, where the staff engineer pulled up a presentation with technical questions related to Statics, fluids and SOM. Was asked to solve the problems.

Setup a phone interview which lasted about 30 mins. Interview consisted of all typical behavioral questions.
For second round, a recruiter coordinated the onsite interview and travel arrangements. The interview requires about 2.5 hours and an informal technical presentation on a topic of your choice (15-20 minutes).
