Texas ENT Specialists interview questions

Was called for an in person interview with the CEO first. Everything seemed to go well. Waited for 1 week with no response to see if I qualified for the second round of interview with the doctors. After waiting 2 weeks and following up with HR, got the second round of interview. Same situation, after not hearing back from the second interview, I checked with HR again and they said they would get back to me and still waiting to make a decision, but never heard back.
