Interviewer got angry and annoyed when I didn't answer her questions exactly how she wanted and when she realized I didn't have precisely the experience for specific job responsibilities. I did try to convey the knowledge and skills I did have and how I would be able to fulfill the job responsibilities in the job description, but she wasn't buying it. Wanting an employee who has already done the exact same job before tells me that this organization does not value professional growth and development. Also, most professional and established organizations test your skills by giving you a written test and a certain amount of time to complete that test instead the interviewer chose to grill me on the spot about certain Excel formulas and SQL operators. This seems discriminatory toward people with different learning styles or who are neurodivergent.
