First round was an internal recruiter (great conversation on why are you interested in Textline and your experience)
Second round was with the Head of Sales
Final round was an interview with various individuals around the company, really for you to get to know more about what the company is about. The COO and CEO both interview you as well, and they really care about the team they are building! Last step was a mock demo with the COO, where you need to prep a bit on how you would navigate a customer demo.
Overall, was a fun experience and they want to make sure there is a mutual fit!
