Textron Aviation interview questions

One interview screen answering questions asynchronously. No live interview questions. Asked me about past projects I worked on in school and why I am interested at Textron Aviation and that role specifically.

Not too bad but felt like the interviewers didn’t prepare for questions. Felt like they kept flipping through pages to find something to ask me. Not a big deal though. Nice people and seemed like they enjoyed their jobs and knew alot about their intern/co-op life.
