I had a phone interview that took around 20 minutes. The usual questions, behaivoral centered around "Tell me a time when...." A month or two later I got a call for an on-site interview at EZ-GO in Augusta. The interview was very laid back and enjoyable. The questions centered more around your interest in entering the program than trying to prove yourself. It was four 1:1 interviews with the VP of Supply Chain, HR manager, Environmental Manager, and Material Manager I believe.
