Interview
The drive was for a position related to electronics.
The process consisted of 5 rounds.
The first round was an aptitude test, the test had simple questions.
The second round was technical interview, the interviewers were very friendly,
most questions asked were related to verilog, Digital electronics & Analog circuits, few questions about final year project & basic electronics.
The third round round had only behavioral questions.
The fourth round was scheduled after a week, it was HR round with typical HR questions.
The final round was taken via webcam by US (Wichita) counterparts, most questions were behavioral & related to project.

voltage regulators, op amps, state machines & verilog/VHDL.
hired via networking and a recruiter. they called and described a few positions and we worked out which was the best fit over the phone. it was a smooth communication experience

Applied online, went to a career fair to speak with the employer. Very nice recruiters, once they had my resume I was asked to come in for an interview. The position was through kautex.
