The Action Network interview questions

I had the absolute pleasure of working with the recruitment lead during my recruitment process at Action Network. I cannot express how exceptional the experience was. From our very first interaction through the final offer, the recruitment lead’s professionalism stood out above all others during my job search. She was not only friendly and approachable, but also incredibly attentive to any questions I had. Her consistent, prompt follow-ups left me feeling both valued and appreciated as a candidate. The recruitment lead’s outstanding support set the tone for the rest of my interview experience at Action Network and made me even more excited to join the company. In addition, everyone I had the pleasure of speaking to during my interview process were friendly and welcoming. My interview process at each round felt more conversational, which I really enjoyed because it allowed me to get to know the people I’d be working with and for them to get to know me as well. The recruitment lead did a great job of keeping me informed about the next step after each round, as well as the timeline. 10/10 candidate experience.

The initial interview went well, more conversational. I was informed that I would hear back within a couple of days, unfortunately I did not. I reached out a week later to check in, crickets. After a month of being ghosted, I received a generic automated email today to let me know they weren’t moving forward. Clearly they need a good TA person to assist in improving this process.
