Screened by an agency, met with the owner and senior mgt several days later. The interview itself was IMO very good. I also toured their warehouse operations which were by far the worst I've seen in 30 years in supply chain mgt.

Question 1
Senior mgt had allowed their warehouse operations to get to the point of failure, from A to Z. They asked how I would approach the problem among many other topics discussed.
