I met with the physician in charge of the Internal Medicine clinic at the airforce base. It was a 1-hr long one-on-one easy going casual conversation. The doctor knew my record well. He asked pointed questions about certain features of my record/history. The rest of the time, he was answering questions and softly recruiting.

phone interview, he did not seem confident in his answer on why the company would not be able to hire me given that I hold an active LVN license issued by the state of CA, I was prior military and did OJT, meeting criteria to take the exam.

Interview
Very few questions. They review your resume and if they see RN CCM and you have a Bachelor's Degree, they will spend most of the time selling their 26 days PTO, 10 paid holidays and generous allowance for healthcare benefits. Forms, and more forms. Detailed application to work for the government because of security check needed. They will make sure everything is completed and give you an update once a month. They will say anything to get you hired because they get paid up front. They ask you to send an E-mail to them from your work E-mail address.
