The interviewer asked questions off of a paper. Fairly simple and easy. The entire process took around fourth five minutes. They were very nice but dressed very informally. After they took me on a tour of the entire building.

Interview
Very friendly and inviting. We talked a lot about the mental health field in general and was very informative about the job. He informed me of the "sanctuary" model which TBC models. It includes things like social responsibility, shared governance, emotional intelligence... He asked what I thought some of those values meant. It felt more like a relaxed academic conversation than an interview.
