Hiring only takes place at a junior level, there are no direct entry possibilities to senior positions. Expect to apply to the Army Commissions Board and be able to attend Sandhurst prior to 25 years of age.

Question 1
A good general understand of world affairs is expected. Most difficult elements are probably the group discussions where you compete directly with fellow applicants to show case your understanding of general topics and ability to carry an argument.
