1 day assessment then 2 day assessment centre which included online testing and physical tests. There were also a number of interviews and group discussion to test how you worked in group. A large part of the assessment was command tasks where you were a team leader and a team member

Very relaxed and quite informal. Just wanted to understand how you see yourself and where you wanted to develop. Also curious to understand why you wanted to be there and what you wanted to do in the future.

At the Assessment for AOSB/ Main board, you will be put into a group and conduct a group discussion so have a few current topics at hand so do research and know the information on these, Also make sure to give your own opinion with dominating the conversation and make sure to bring others into your topic. I.E So what do you feel about this... Or how could this be resolved.

Interview
Really exciting, fun and engaging. Lots of varying assessments but all perfectly passable. Passion for the military and leadership is key. A sound vase knowledge of defence and roles available help. Regimental selection afterwards can be more competitive
