It's interesting coming from a high end luxury retailer there is not focus on aggressive selling or sales goals. There were no questions about selling products. It's all about how friendly and nice you are.

I interviewed with the store manager for an associates position and got the job, 2 years later I got promoted to store lead and any management position requires you to interview with the district manager. I had a phone interview with her and the process was simple because I had been with the company a few years prior and had interacted with her before.

15 minute interview, it was very casual. I got a call that evening with the DM and I started next day after interview with minimal training. Very laid back interview, not really any difficult questions.
