Quick and easy. I was asked questions about school, life, and how I believe that I would fit in the company. I was also asked about any previous experience that I had. I was also asked if I were selected what days and hours was I available to work. They also asked if I was willing to work weekends and I said yes. I was then hired on the spot and filled out employment information.
