Very laid back. I felt over dressed for the interview. Simple questions. Typical what if's and how would you handle.. Super easy question. Speaking Spanish is huge! 85% of people there speak ONLY Spanish I still managed, just a FYI remember to ask if they are involved with the points (rewards) they will come back and complain if you don't!
