I wasn't referred by anyone, I searched their site online on my own. I applied online and within a week or two, got an e-mail that said they wanted me to set up an interview. I set it up all online. Then I got a confirmation e-mail that had a list of 4-5 people that MAY be there. It said at least two of them will be there, but not all of them will be there. Then I had the face to face interview with two people at their Moon office. I didn't get an offer, but it clearly wasn't what I was looking for.
