Shortly after applying on their website I was emailed and set up a phone interview. It was two 30 minute interviews, one with HR and the other with someone in the field you applied to, mine was IT. Both were basic behavior interview questions.

(Summer 2018 internship) After applying I was emailed asking to supply my academic transcript. About a week later, I was emailed to schedule an interview. In the interview, I met with HR and took a Wonderlic test, which is like an IQ test. Afterward I sat with an HR representative who asked general questions, I was interviewed by a resource manager on the IT team. The entire session lasted about an hour. No real technical questions. HR had behavioral questions while the IT manager asked about my coding language proficiency, classes I've taken, and projects I've done. Got a call the next day extending an offer, which I asked for more time as I have other interviews. A drug test and background check are required once you get an offer.
