All communication came via email before the interview. Communication was relatively quick, usually getting a response within 24 hours.
Interview itself was via MS Teams, with HR Manager, Regional Manager, and Team Manager, one right after the other. Very much the same old boring standard interview questions, all being read off a screen. No curve balls here.
Questions to them were met with vague answers. Even if specifics were asked for, it felt like dictionary definitions of the job and it's components were being given, not real life examples.
Overall, just your everyday interview experience. Honestly, made it hard to even get a little excited about the thought of getting an offer. By the end of it I had kind of checked out.
