interview process was fairly easy, be yourself, be ontime, be assertive and you will do fine. They love when you bring in research and talk about how they diifferentiate themselves from their competitors. Go the extra mile and you will get the job. it is a creative company and they reallly value creative thinkers.

Recruiter emailed over helpful documents ahead of time in order to prepare for the interview using STAR format phone pre screen interview followed by 2 virtual interviews with 3 people on each
it was really long and difficult and they asked many questions about experience and how to deal with the customers
They asked about targets and how I participated in the growth of my previous companies
