The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Connor Group
Interview
The interview process was clunky. Phone screen followed but another phone call for a rapid fire question session that had a lot of rules (no repeating of the question, timed, etc.) followed by a video conference at one of their local property's. There was excellent communication before and during the interview process by the recruiter, but one they decide to move in a different direction all communication stops, phone calls are screened and emails not returned and you get a three line email saying they are moving forward with other candidates.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Cincinnati, OH) in Sept 2025
Interview
The first round phone screening was a breeze, quick red flag would be asking how many hours I worked in my previous job. Second step of the process is a personality test with the second recruiter before in person interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Scottsdale, AZ) in Jul 2025
Interview
After going through four rounds of interviews with The Connor Group, I was disappointed to be completely ghosted without any follow-up or closure. I invested significant time preparing for and attending each conversation, and I felt the process was moving forward positively. A simple update—whether good or bad—would have shown professionalism and respect for candidates. This experience left me questioning the company’s culture and how it values people.

Interview
First is the initial 15 min call from the recruiter ,next is a 30 min structured interview and this is a call as well, then video interviews could be 1-3 rounds , day in the field which would be on site.
