    Pros

If you are looking for a place where people are valued and hard work is rewarded, look no further. This is a company where leadership lives and breathes the core values every single day. They absolutely "Lead from the front." Our associates are relentless, and make the impossible, possible. It's impressive to see, and even more exciting to be a part of it.

    Cons

Feedback here is direct and constant. If you do not like being personally accountable - this is not the place for you.

I have been working at The Connor Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Coming from spending over a decade in a company that chose to close it's doors, my biggest fear was that I would not be able to find my way in with a company that I could truly feel like I supported, and would support me in return. I had read reviews about The Connor Group and it seemed too good to be true. I had a couple other companies that were looking at me as a candidate, but The Connor Group's company culture really stood out to me. Let me tell you, I made the right choice! The company culture is amazing. We truly live and breathe our core values, and make sure we hold ourselves to high standards everyday. Ever one is held to the same standard of excellence. You'll be shocked at the amazing benefits the company offers including the prospect of becoming a partner with the company no matter what role you're in! The company and CEO make huge strides to benefit the communities they're involved in. If you're being considered to be a part of The Connor Group, you've landed an amazing opportunity with a great group of teams!

    Cons

You may be held to the highest standards ever in your career, but you will be given the opportunity to learn, grow and correct your mistakes. If you're willing to put in the work, you have no limit on what you can achieve here!

I worked at The Connor Group full-time

    Pros

The training and culture is great. They are continuously giving you training and tools to improve. Benefits and work-life balance is also a big plus. They do compensate a bit higher than the industry standard. They have an assume incentive program that allows you to receive gifts you have aloways wanted. Definitely room for growth and that is all the way into becoming a partner of the company.

    Cons

The company in no way cares about their residents. In order to be successful you need to have the ability and desire to lie, cheat and swindle innocent people. From their aggressive tactics of going into people's homes (yes even through the pandemic from day 1) to increasing utilities with just a month's notice. The turnover is insane! If you push back on their systems or cultural ideas on how things are being done or how people are being treated, you will surely find yourself being fired. They say "people count", but in all honesty you are just a number and the pressure is outrageous. I understand pressure in positions in order to have success, but this is pressure to swindle and trick people to close the deal even when you know there is no way for them to actually break or get out of their lease by any means.

I have been working at The Connor Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I left my retail career of 16 years to join The Connor Group, I’ve been here 5 months and this is by far the hardest and most challenging job I’ve ever had. But it is also the most rewarding! The Connor Group lives by their core values every day. They will push you to your highest potential. It’s a great place to work if you want to be challenged, feel like your work matters, and thrive in a competitive environment!

    Cons

If you don’t like honest and direct feedback, this is not the place for you.
