I applied online. I interviewed at The Connor Group (Cincinnati, OH) in Nov 2020
Interview
Setting up the interview was quick and easy via email. They set up a 30 minutes phone call, the recruiter stuck to the timeframe. Also shared information about the company instead of only asking questions, which I consider a positive.
Like others say, asked weird and inappropriate personal questions under the guise of "we do things differently here and look for the right fit." Totally gave off that old boy's club, we work hard and play hard mentality. Which is gross.
Proceeds to tell me, someone applying for a corporate office role, that the hours are 8-6 and also would have to work Saturdays. My dudes, I'm not a property manager or in sales. I laughed in their face and said hell no. No amount of money is going to make me want to work myself to death.
Apparently the next step in the process was another interview, then after that a whole day shadowing in the field. Make it clear I wasn't interested. Recruiter emails me asking to talk after anyways, then proceeded to ghost when I agreed.
You can tell the employees are all provided the same talking points for how great the place is. Blink if you need help!

Interview
In a phone interview asked me if I had children and later in the conversation asked their ages. This was a red flag for me, not to mention possibly discriminatory.
