Thank you for your feedback and response. There is no excuse to poor follow-up after an interview and I am sure we can always improve there too. But I am not sure if this is a mistake and you somehow have the wrong company as we have not made an offer for our "Sr. Vice President of Operations" position which would be the closest thing we have to the title you listed. We do however have a very thorough process as we are extremely selective to make sure we hire the right talent to make sure it is a fit both for us and the candidate. We are also are one of the few companies that have a "Ownership" model" called partnership. However, our timeline for earning that for the position we have posted in 24-36 months which is extremely fast for an equity stake in the company. Lastly, not to be boastful, but there are no issues with our business here, in fact, we have had an extremely success 33 plus years and the future is very bright which is why we are adding our position.
