I went to an OD in Lisbon, November 2018, which took 2 days. On the first day the CV drop off, it takes 3 seconds, carefull with your first impression - smile, posture and physical appearence - go to the website and follow image instructions on how to present yourself. There were around 400 people in the room, After that, half were selected based on the CV and first impression. Second day: the first exercise was about thinking outside the box with common objects you use daily and new ways to use it. This was a group exercise and they want to test how you communicate with your team and other groups and also how creative you can be with your answer. Second exercise was about working in a cruise and there were 8 people and you only have 2 seats available, now you have to explain who you choose and why. Be carefull because the most important thing is to communicte without overshadowing others, respect their opinion, raise your hand to talk, don't repeat yourself, that only means your trying to impose an idea. don't laugh at other people opinions, (i know this sounds obvious but believe me, this happened). after this exercise we were measured and now we were only 20 people in the room. We had to fill some papers (about tattoos and other stuff like when are you available to go to Dubai). Then, online assessments invetations - english and personality test. English test is really easy btw. Then Final Interview, and for me this was the most difficult part. It was like a skype interview and be aware that you're being recorded. The questions are very strange and it feels like your talking to yourself which gives it a very odd vibe. I had the interview about one week ago and I'm still waiting for feedback. Honestly, the process is really exhausting but you end up meeting new people that are as nervous as you are. Relax and enjoy the process. I wouldn't advise you to be yourself, but to be your best self. Go with a positive vibe and if it is meant to be, you'll get it. The most stressfull part is that you end up waiting long time to get feedback after your final interview. If anyone has any idea on how long this could take please tell me haha.
