Multiple process interview starting with an open day consisting of 200 or more applicants. You do multiple group assessments and the interviewer will slowly start eliminating people throughout the day. Height and weight assessment then a phone interview if you were successful in the open day

The interview process was good organized. I liked the welcoming part with the company history and values. Tasks were interesting, all participants had an opportunity to express himself/herself as the best steward/stewardess
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at The Emirates Group (Paris)
