Not a rigorous hiring process at all. So much that poorer employees can easily make it through.
1. Online application. It uses an system that implements the strongly agree/agree/disagree/strongly disagree answer format. It by no means weeds anyone out, the "correct" answers are all posted online and you'd be guaranteed the greenlight if you follow it. Weak system.
2. The hiring manager will call for an interview.
3. The interview is very basic. Why work here? What can you offer? How do you treat other cultures/people/etc? Again, doesn't weed out many people.
4. Call them back and you're done.
