Interview
They ask what you would do in certain instances, what your plans for the future are, and about availablity. A pretty simple interview. They dont dig too deep, If you arent wicked dumb, they will probably hire you.

Nothing that I remember about my interview was difficult. I had a very nice Operational Manager interview me, he was very personable. I just wish he had given me some warning about the politics of the company. He quit in a fit of fury about 3 months after hiring me!

Met with Operations Manager who asked questions about past work that would qualify you to do the job. It lasted about an hour. Because he was impressed, he asked me to return the following day and introduced me to the Store Manager where I was offered the job.
