Phone Screen with HR, Interview with HR Manager, then 2 days later, interview with VP of Business Development. 1-on-1 interviews that lasted about 30-45 minutes and were about experience, but also discussed motivations and personality types, as this is a sales position. Very casual and interactive interview with everyone there, not looking why they shouldn't hire you, but making sure you sell them on why they should.

Interview
The first interview is a phone interview with the HR person. If you meet the requirements, you are asked in for a face to face interview, again with HR. You will be asked questions and then given a demo of their system. If you are still interested, and considered a fit, you will be invited back to give a sales demo to their execs. It was a fun process!
