I interviewed at The Knowledge Academy (Bracknell, England)
Interview
Process is easy and straightforward. It wasn't a person to person interview, instead it was a question prompted recorded interview. The whole process up to the interview I was well looked after and the communication I had was superb
I applied online. I interviewed at The Knowledge Academy (Bracknell, England) in Sept 2024
Interview
It was very easy and quick, applied on a Monday, I did the video interview on a Thursday and got offered the job on the Friday. The video interview was the only stage in the application process, no in person interview.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Knowledge Academy (Bracknell, England) in May 2022
Interview
It was... Interesting.
I had to do a one-way interview for them on SparkHire and didn't get any feedback on how I did until I got offered the position the very next morning. I was almost certain I was mediocre at that interview, which makes me all the more concerned about why they really wanna hire me this badly.
I have NO experience in sales, just to clarify so why they want me so bad just spurred me on to look this place up and ..... Oh boy...
...So that's the reason nobody got back to me about my question with regards to adjustments or support for employees with mental health problems.
Don't get me wrong, I have no qualms with the people I spoke to, but it says a LOT when a company is that desperate to hire someone that they offer you the position the morning after you send them a one-way interview with no request for a face-to-face interview.
