    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Knowledge Academy (Bracknell, England) in September 2016.

    Interview

The interview process was very simple. I was invited for the interview and was asked to prepare a 15-minute presentation which I would deliver to a panel.
At the end of that presentation I was asked a series of questions about my experience (as outlined on my CV). But this ended up being more a discussion rather than an interview which made me feel very much at ease. It gave TKA and myself the opportunity to ask any question during this 'informal' process.
