The Learning Lab Executive interview questions

Interviewed by a couple of ladies who doesnt know how to conduct an interview and has no creativity. The questions are basically what you can find on Google. Was skeptical about me and my experience and kept probing despite my reason for applying being simple: I see growth in the role. If you are skeptical, I suggest you stop wasting candidates' time for an interview for a role you have already filled and I know about it. Despite filling the role, the post is still up and fresh. A waste of my time to conduct an interview when you already have prejudice against the candidate. Not sure how competent these people are if you can't conduct a proper interview.
