The Lewer Companies interview questions

First interview is a general virtual meeting with HR rep. Second interview is in person with up to 3 leads and they will take you on tour of office. Final meeting is coffee with one of the Lewer family members who work in the office daily

The interview process was around 4 rounds of a mix between phone, zoom, and in person interviews. I met with about 12 employees, both on the sales team and on other operations teams. The interviews were more informal discussions that were more focused on if I could see myself there and if I fit with the company.
