The Mitchell Group interview questions

I had a phone screen and then a follow-up in person interview. The in person interview was with a group and they shared a list of questions. The discussion was friendly and engaging, but I sensed that they really were not sure they wanted to fill the position (one of the panel participants was the incumbent). After the in person interview, they never called or wrote, which I found to be highly unprofessional.
