Two separate HR reps contacted me to request an interview within a few weeks of each other and each ghosted me when I replied. The second one asked my availability on specific dates, then nothing, then reached out again after those dates passed without acknowledging anything had happened! We finally set up and managed a 30-minute phone screening.

It was a screening interview largely focused on confirming my earliest start date, comfort with travel, familiarity with the various job tasks, and interest in the position.

They were very nice and asked very thoughtful questions. Lots of get to know you questions as well as resume/experience questions. Multi person interviews but mainly one person speaks. All over zoom

Professional virtual interview setting, great questions and the interviewer used my time well. Screening interview lasted 30 minutes. Left plenty of time for me to ask questions at the end.
